Seth Rogan has released a new image teasing the start off production on AMC's Preacher adaptation.

Rogan and frequently writing partner Evan Goldberg are leading the charge on the new series, which will adapt Steve Dillon and Garth Ennis' cult favorite Vertigo Comics series from the 1990s. Rogan tweeted out a photo of a clapperboard featuring the Preacher logo and cover art from the series.

AMC's Preacher will starDominic Cooper in the lead role as empowered preacher Jesse Custer, Joseph Gilgun as Jesse's Irish vampire best friend Cassidy, Ruth Negga as Jesse's girlfriend Tulip O'Hare, Ian Colletti as Arseface, and W. Earl Brown as Arseface's father Sheriff Hugo Root.

Preacher will premiere during the 2015-16 television season on AMC.
