The crew of Star Wars Rebels goes on a different kind of rescue mission in next week's episode, "The Call." Those cool flying whales we saw in the season 2 back-half trailer are called Purrgills, and their very existence is threatened.
In the first clip from the episode, Kanan, Ezra, and Sabine leap into action, and have their first encounter with the Purrgills. The full official description of the episode follows.
While on a mission to obtain fuel for the rebel fleet, the crew works to protect space creatures called Purrgills from the mining operation that threatens the creatures' lives.
