For two-weeks straight, The Walking Dead is the most popular television show on Twitter. According to Nielson's Social Guide, "Inmates" generated 484,500 tweets, which were viewed by 4.88 million unique account on Twitter. The Walking Dead proved more popular that the 2014 BAFTA Awards, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, True Detective, and The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which rounded out the top five for February 16. It's hardly surprising considering this is only the second episode since The Walking Dead's much anticipated return from its midseason hiatus. I would expect a lot of Twitter chatter for every episode of the very popular show. The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights on AMC.
