“The bigger they are, the harder they fall,” is an old adage that Carolina Panthers Player Michael Oher is getting a front row seat for right now, as he was recently cited by police for “misdemeanor assault” after getting into an altercation with an Uber driver.

The 30-year-old, who was the inspiration for the Oscar Winning film The Blind Side, reportedly was hanging out with some friends and they decided to head out, calling an Uber to get them to where they were going.
At some point, the plan changed and Oher got frustrated because he thought the driver was attempting to scam him out of more money and began to get irate.
Eventually, the car pulled over and the driver said that as he got out to open the door for the passengers Oher knocked him to the ground and kicked him.
Other people then restrained him before he could cause any more harm.
Afterward is when he was cited by police and he’s expected to return to court on May 8th.
Oher currently plays offensive tackle for the Carolina Panthers, but started his career with the Baltimore Ravens, even winning a Super Bowl with them, and spent time with the Tennessee Titans as well.
