Now that virtually every character in the series is on the road to Terminus, tomorrow's episode of AMC's The Walking Dead -- titled "Us" and directed by special effects guru Greg Nicotero -- can set about the business of really setting up next week's fourth-season finale. A trio of new images from the episode, posed on the IGN TV website (via CBM), show very little about the plot, except that we'll be checking in with Glenn Rhee's group again for the first time in a number of weeks. The episode is described as follows: "However brutal some survivors believe they must be to stay alive, we get to see that faith can sometimes be the strongest survival tool." Given the role that the concept of faith has played throughout the second half of the episode, it's not a description that tells us much, either...although obviously faith has played a bigger part with characters closely connected to Hershel -- Maggie, Glenn and Beth -- than with almost anybody else. Each of those characters has been journeying since Hershel's death, driven by faith almost exclusively, and each of them could use a little divine intervention this episode. The Walking Dead airs tomorrow at 9 p.m. EST on AMC, followed by a new episode of Talking Dead. NOTE: An earlier version of this story misidentified David S. Goyer as the director of this episode. Goyer apparently pulled out and was replaced by Nicotero.
