Fantasy Flight is giving players of Imperial Assault even more options with the introduction of three new figure packs, and each one will help change up your strategies on the battlefield.

The new figure packs include the BT-1 and 0-0-0 Villain Pack, the Jawa Scavenger Villain Pack, and the Hera Syndulla and C1-10P Ally Pack. While this is the first appearance of these characters in the game, they will each come with what players expect out of the box, including a finely sculpted plastic figure, new missions, and new Deployment, Command, and Agenda cards.
BT-1 and 0-0-0, who originated in the Darth Vader comics, have a litany of skills at their disposal and can be a constant nuisance if you happen to fail their Campaign Agenda mission. The pack will also come with a new Skirmish map with two missions, including one in the Tarkin Initiative Labs. Five Command cars are also included, one of which is the powerful Shared Experience card, which allows you to gain back a Droid or Vehicle if it is defeated.
Next up is the Jawa Scavenger, which allows campaigners to head to Tatooine to interrupt a salvage operation. An Imperial player can reap great rewards here, including Mechanical Salvage, which allows the player to draft droids into play for a low cost. For Skirmish mode, there is a new Mos Eisley Back Alleys map, and utilizing a Jawa Scavenger allows the player to draft droids into your team regardless of their affiliations.
Not all the reinforcements are for the villains, though, as the lone Ally pack features Hera Syndulla and C1-10P. In your Campaign missions you’ll try and rescue Chopper from prison, but if you’re looking to Skirmish then you can set up shop on the new map Chopper Base, Atollon, which comes with two new missions. The pack will also include a new upgrade called Scavenged Weaponry, which adds one damage to any attack. You can also redeploy it to another unit if the current host dies, so regardless of who is left on the board, you can always have access to some upgraded firepower.
You can get closer looks at the new figure packs in the gallery, and these should be hitting stores sometime in Quarter 2 of 2017. BT-1 and 0-0-0 will run $12.95, as will the Hera Syndulla and C1-10P Ally Pack. The Jawa Scavenger Pack is a bit cheaper at $9.95.
