Now You See Me

The year 2016 will be a very big year for Jesse Eisenberg. Not only is Eisenberg appearing as Lex Luthor in the highly-anticipated Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is set to be released on March 25, 2016, but Eisenberg will also be appearing in a sequel to Now You See Me.

Lionsgate has just announced that the sequel Now You See Me 2 will be released in movie theaters on June 10, 2016. The original Now You See Me was released in 2013, and the film centered around magicians who performed heists. Now You See Me earned $351.7 million at the worldwide box office.

Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine are all returning for the sequel. Jon M. Chu will be directing the sequel, and Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Bobby Cohen are producing. Ed Solomon and Pete Chiarelli are writing the script.
