After last night’s news that Marvel Studios would be able to use Spider-Man in their films going forward, plenty of fans lined up to say “welcome home.”

One of those fans is Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Clark Gregg, Gregg posted an image of his character, Phil Coulson, from an episode of Ultimate Spider-Man, to Facebook, welcoming Peter Parker back to the fold.

We’ll have to wait to see if Spider-Man returns the favor with an appearance on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
