Today saw the start of principal photography on the upcoming, 20th episode of Arrow's third season, titled "The Fallen."

Given the fact that the previous episode was titled "Broken Arrow," and that folks on set have reported a very emotional episode and a hard good-bye, it's safe to assume that a recurring or maybe even a regular character on the show won't make it out of the 19th episode alive.

In fact, the shot posted to series star Stephen Amell's Facebook page today showed him shooting an elaborate selfie. While it could be for a vlog or for his Dudes Being Dudes in Wine Country reality show, it's worth noting that he appears to be in wardrobe for Arrow and in an Intensive Care Ward at a hospital.

Arrow returns on March 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
