John Stewart Green Lantern Fan Film Teaser Released

Warner Bros. has chosen their Superman, Batman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, and The Flash, but they still haven't picked the next Green Lantern. Many people are hoping it will be John Stewart. For the younger generation, he is the definitive Green Lantern, and not Hal Jordan. Why? Because from 2001 to 2006 John Stewart was the Green Lantern that everyone watched on the popular animated shows, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.

Today, we have an awesome teaser trailer for a Green Lantern fan-film that is in the works. It gives us a taste of what a John Stewart-led Green Lantern live-action film might look like, and it's pretty sweet.

The plot: A tragic turn of events leaves one of the world greatest heroes injured, without his powers and public enemy number one.

It was directed by Hisonni Johnson and stars Dio Johnson as John Stewart/ Green Lantern and Darrell Womack as Lex Luthor. It was written by Coco Dallons, Genaro Marzan and Hisonni Johnson.
