The Flash: New "Out Of Time" Clip Released

The CW has released a new preview for March 17th's episode of The Flash, "Out of Time."

In the episode, Mark Mardon comes to Central City seeking vengeance against Joe, who murdered his bother Clyde in the season premiere. The only problem is, Clyde has inherited the same weather-manipulating abilities that his brother possessed, making for an even deadlier incarnation of the Weather Wizard. 

"Out Of Time" airs Tuesday, March 17 at 8:00 p.m. on The CW.
