Saying that Warner Bros. has a loyalty to its talent that's rare in Hollywood, The Conjuring's James Wan expressed an interest in taking on a DC Entertainment movie down the line.

"Yeah it's weird. Continuing that family tradition, [Warner Bros. is] like that and it's almost like they're very old school in that respect, which you don't see much of anymore," The Saw director told Collider. "There are some that I like… I am open to all possibilities at this point."

Currently, Warner Bros. has a number of DC Entertainment projects in the pipeline, including SandmanGreen LanternThe FlashShazam and Cyborg, which have no directors officially attached. Wan, who is considered one of the most important horror directors of the last twenty years, doesn't seem an immediately obvious candidate for any of them, but depending on the approach (or his desire to break with type), anything could happen.
