The Incredible Hulk Has A Cameo In Furious 7

Furious 7 may not be a Marvel Studios movie, but The Incredible Hulk had a cameo… sort of. In fact, Furious 7 could in a way be considered the first time that Groot and The Incredible Hulk have appeared on the big screen together if you really wanted to stretch it.

Spoiler Warning: After Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's Hobbs winds up in the hospital after a brutal fight with Jason Statham's Deckard Shaw, Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto goes to pay him a visit. When Dom walks into Hobb's hospital room, Hobbs is watching The Incredible Hulk TV show from the seventies.

The Incredible Hulk TV cameo isn't something that goes unnoticed or unmentioned, as Dom makes a reference that all Hobbs got for his service was Jell-O and bad seventies TV. There are also several shots of the Hulk appearing on the TV screen during the scene.

Of course, Vin Diesel also plays Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy, so it's possible that one day we will see Vin Diesel's Groot share the big screen with the Hulk for real. However, it won't be Lou Ferrigno's TV Hulk, but rather Mark Ruffalo's movie Hulk if the two do ever meet in an Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy crossover.
