The just-released first cast photo from director David Ayer's Suicide Squad has revealed a shake-up in the cast, with three new faces added to the film and no official word on who they might play.

Who does have an idea? Well, that'd be Latino Review's el Mayimbe, who just posted to Instagram that he's heard rumors.

The photo includes actor and comedian Ike Barinholtz, True Blood and Fury actor Jim Parrack and recognizable Native American actor Adam Beach.

As you can see in the Instagram photo embedded below, el Mayimbe either speculates, or has heard from his sources, that Parrack will take over the role of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke from Joe Manganiello, who was rumored but never confirmed for the role. The rumor here is that Warner Bros. decided to go younger with the role, but if Deathstroke turns out to be a major player in the film, which is expected to start shooting this month, it stands to reason that Manganiello's schedule could be a problem. He's busy in general, but right now is filming a Pee-wee Herman series for Netflix.

The other two actors will reportedly play Dr. Hugo Strange (Barinholtz) and Ravan (Beach).

Ayer will direct the film, which stars Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jay Hernandez as (we assume) El Diablo, and Cara Delevingne as Enchantress. Viola Davis will play Amanda Waller. Ed Harris and Jackie Earle Haley are rumored to appear as well.

Suicide Squad is expected to start shooting this month for a release on August 5, 2016.
