Jim Parrack is teasing that he is indeed playing Deathstroke in Suicide Squad, as has been rumored since he was seen in the film's first cast photo.
The role was originally rumored to belong to Parrack's fellow former True Blood star, Joe Mangianello, but that rumor was never confirmed. Mangienello was absent from the cast photo, and reports surrounded the photo immediately suggests that Parrack had taken Mangianello's place.
On Instagram, Parrack released an image of Deathstroke's mask, juxtaposed against the cover of Daft Punk's latest album, Random Access Memories. The split image of the two Daft Punk members' helmets resembled Deatstroke's mask. Parrack's message is tagged "inspired by."

While Warner Bros. has yet to officially confirm that Parrack will be playing Slade Wilson, this image certainly suggests that's the case.
Suicide Squad opens August 5, 2016.
