New Star Wars: The Force Awakens Images Released

Disney and Lucasfilm have released official, high-resolution photos from today's second trailer for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.

The images capture moments from the highly-anticipated teaser, which debuted earlier this afternoon during Star Wars Celebration Anaheim. The photos include high-quality looks at Han Solo and Chewbacca, Rey and Finn, and the new planet of Jakku. You can check them out in the gallery below.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, Star Wars: The Force Awakens stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, and Oscar Isaac. It hits theaters on December 18.
