Josh Trank Defends Himself Against Latest Fantastic Four Rumor

Earlier today, Superhero News reported that 20th Century Fox had brought in Kingsman: The Secret Service director Matthew Vaughn to complete the April re-shoots for Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot.

This rumor has been debunked by none other than Josh Trank himself. Trank went on Twitter and contacted various writers that reported on the rumor to set things straight before this rumor got any more out of hand.

@Josh_Wilding Hey Josh, not true. While MV has been very supportive, he's never been to our set. There's only been 1 director of FF2015. Me.

@SuperheroNewsCB Definitely not true. I haven't even met MV in person, and there were no such test screenings.

He later added, "Next time you read an article, whether it's Hollywood Reporter or SuperheroNews, if they aren't naming sources: it's probably bullsh*t." And furthermore: "Where there's bullsh*t there's flies."

He also tweeted a message to narrow minded people that are still having a hard time accepting Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch.
