Macbeth Trailer Starring Michael Fassbender Released Online

A new trailer for Macbeth has been released online.

From the Academy Award-winning producers of The King's Speech and director Justin Kurzel, comes a retelling of the classic tale about an ambitious Scottish lord who seizes the throne with the help of his wife.

Macbeth stars Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard, Sean Harris, Paddy Considine, Elizabeth Debicki, and David Thewlis.

Macbeth opens in UK theaters on October 2.
