When it comes to the Hulk's inclusion in Captain America: Civil War, it seems that Robert Downey Jr. know even more than Kevin Feige.

While the world—and Ruffalo—eagerly awaits official confirmation that The Hulk will have a spot in the upcoming Captain America threequel, Rurfalo is now saying that Downey Jr. has called it—and Ruffalo is in.

"At this point, I'm told that I'm in it by Robert, which I'll take as biblical, but I just haven't heard or seen from production yet," Ruffalo told HitFix. "If Robert Downey, Jr. says I'm in 'Captain America,' I'm in 'Captain America' dammit. And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script."

It's difficult to say if Downey Jr.'s news to Ruffalo was serious, or just in-jest. But given how tight Marvel Studios is with their secrets, it's tough to think that they'd let Downey Jr. or Ruffalo spill the green beans so casually. With Captain America: Civil War's release date less than a year away, solid answers should be coming soon.
