More details on Aquaman's cameo in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice are surfacing, giving specific details on how the King of Seven Seas might connect with Suicide Squad.

Warning: Major spoilers—even if they're unconfirmed—are below.

As ComicBook.com wrote yesterday, Aquaman—or rather, his hand—would cameo in Batman Vs. Superman Dawn of Justice. In the rumored scene, viewers would see a CADMUS prison cell detaining Aquaman, wherein Aquaman would slap his hand against the glass. Naturally, this raised several questions on how Aquaman found himself in Amanda Waller's slammer.

According to Heroic Hollywood, who also reported yesterday's Aquaman rumors, Aquaman was captured and detained after fighting a mutated shark, who is also being held in the prison. The mutated shark, reportedly referred to in the film as "the King of Sharks" is—you guessed it—DC Comics villain King Shark. This rumor would certainly support the claims that actor Raymond Olubowale might play King Shark in Suicide Squad, providing another small connection between DC Comics' upcoming films.

According to report, Waller is holding Aquaman and King Shark for testing. Now, all we need to know now is how Aquaman will bust out of the prison and join The Justice League.

What do you think of these Aquaman rumors? Let us know in the comments.

Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25, 2016.
