Today, the website thisisxbox.com has bad news. They, along with everyone else that pre-ordered it, were informed that the Batmobile Edition of Batman Arkham Knight has been cancelled.

Last September, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment informed gamers that the release date for Batman: Arkham Knight was moving from fall of 2014 to June of 2015. To make the wait not seem as long, they also announced that day a Batmobile Edition ($200) that included a custom art book, limited edition steelbook, three unique skins and a fully transformable Batmobile statue.

Since Warner Bros. decided not to release the product, for unknown reasons, customers that did pre-order it are being given "a £20 discount on the Batman Red Hood Edition" or they can just cancel their order completely.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the conclusion to Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Trilogy. The game sees Batman and his allies defending Gotham from Batman's rogue's gallery, now united under Scarecrow and backed by the forces of the Arkham Knight.

The epic finale to the Batman: Arkham series is available 06.23.15.
