Before Wonder Woman makes history as the first female superhero to headline a movie, she's taking a very important pit-stop in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
While everyone knows that the Amazon Princess (played by Gal Gadot) will have a role in the upcoming precursor to Justice League, it was unclear just how significant that role would be. While not the featured attraction (that's Batman and Superman), Wonder Woman's constant marketing presence suggested that she could be a power player in Dawn of Justice.
But, director Zack Snyder is finally backing-up all those Wonder Woman marketing materials, confirming Diana Prince as a can't-miss character.
"She plays a super-important part," Snyder told Entertaiment Weekly. "In a lot of ways, she's the gateway drug to the rest of the Justice League."
Well, if Wonder Woman is what Snyder is peddling, then consider us addicted. But what do you think, readers? Are you excited for the full-Trinity treatment Snyder is giving Batman V. Superman? Let us know in the comments.
