DC Entertainment's Vixen Trailer Released Online

The CW and DC Entertainment/WBTV have released the first trailer for Vixen, the newest addition to their DC Comics universe on TV. Of course, the twist here is, it's going to "air" online on The CW Seed, and it's animated, not live-action (though there is a possibility of Vixen jumping into the real world).

The show features voices by the actors who portray the same roles in their respective live-action shows. You can hear Grant Gustin and Carlos Valdes from The Flash reprising their roles as Flash and Cisco Ramon, and Stephen Amell as Arrow.

Megalyn Echikunwoke stars in the series as Mari "Vixen" McCabe, a metahuman with the ability to tap into powers from various animals through a mystical amulet.

Vixen premieres August 25, 2015 on The CW Seed.
