It looks like Kong: Skull Island has found its leading lady.
Deadline is reporting that Brie Larson (21 Jump Street, Trainwreck) has joined the cast Legendary Pictures' new Kong project. She will be joining Tom Hiddleston and another actor since Michael Keaton and JK Simmons had to bow out due to schedule conflicts.
Larson is quickly making a name for herself as a household name in the comedy scene having done 21 Jump Street and this summer's hit Trainwreck, but is already gaining buzz for her performance in Room, alongside William H. Macy.
