Constantine showrunner Daniel Cerone took to Twitter today to tell fans that they could expect a surprise.
A little surprise.
Cerone didn't indicate just what that surprise might be, except to reiterate that it was "a little surprise," so, sorry, no Season Two.

He hasn't followed up on the tweet, so what he means is anybody's guess, but given the fact that The CW is presenting this afternoon at the Television Critics Association, it's hard not to imagine that it could have something to do with the long-rumored Constantine/Arrow crossover.
The CW was considered a "last hope" for Constantine to get a second-season pickup before the cast and crew's contracts lapsed earlier this summer. In the time since, fans have continued to press Arrow producers on the possibility of a crossover, and producers continue to say, essentially, that they hope they can make it happen but have no promises for anyone.
It's just as possible, though, that he could be teasing something that would require a smaller budget -- like a digital comics series based on the unproduced remaining Season One scripts, or something related to a home video release.
