Henry Cavill is making his promotional rounds in honor of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. which hits theaters this weekend, but around here, we know him as Superman.

Last night, Cavill appeared on The Tonight Show and talked with host Jimmy Fallon about his role as the Man of Steel. Intrigued by his diet and workout plan, Fallon asked Cavill what Superman eats to prepare for films, and Cavill told Fallon, "He eats lots of things!"

Fallon, still interested in hearing more, told Cavill how cool he is and mentioned that his leg is the size of Cavill's arm, which got Cavill to elaborate a bit about Superman's diet. "If I'm mass building, I'll eat burgers and stuff," Cavill revealed. As for cardio, Cavill isn't a big fan of running, apparently, but gets his cardio in elsewhere - if you know what I mean.

Of course, Cavill is currently in the "off-season," as he called it, for his Superman role. He'll have to start getting in heroic shape again, soon, though, because Cavill told Fallon, "Justice League, I think we start pre-production on that in January."

Pre-production means a couple months until shooting begins, but we could start seeing promotional images or at least some intense workout clips of Cavill, Affleck, Momoa and Gadot starting in January! Maybe, just maybe, some plot info will begin to slip out at that point, too.

Let's not get carried away, though. We still need to catch Cavill's Superman feuding with Affleck's Batman in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice which hits theaters March 25, 2016. Post credits scene, anyone?
