Marvel's not-so-secret recipe for churning out hit superhero films is crossbreeding them with a new genre each time, like Ant-Man is a heist film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is a political thriller, Iron Man 2 is a stoner film and Guardians of the Galaxy is a space opera (one of those might be wrong). With that in mind, Yahoo Movies wanted to know if Captain America: Civil Wars stars Anthony Mackie and Chris Evans would be interested in making a Cap/Falcon buddy comedy.

"We're working on that right now!" both said in near-unison. Mackie clearly put more thought into, providing some details of this zany Marvel film he's been contemplating. "We have appearances by the other two Chrises, Pratt comes in, Hemsworth comes in," Mackie continues, "ScarJo comes in and does this amazing Josephine Baker lounge thing in a banana skirt. It's pretty dope."

Listen to Mackie and Evans' comments in the video below.

Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.

Captain America: Civil War opens in theaters May 6, 2016.
