Jared Leto enjoys sending his Suicide Squad cast members gifts. Too bad for them (but good for us!) the gifts themselves are befitting of his villainous character, The Joker. Just ask Margot Robbie (Harely Quinn), who was gifted with a live-rat.

Jay Hernandez, who is playing Chato Santana/El Diablo in David Ayer's film, has shared a photo of a gift he recently received from Leto. It's a wicker basket containing a deck of cards with the joker card conveniently placed on top, a crumpled up newspaper with something probably inside of it and a envelope containing a personalized letter that has Jay's fire-controlling character's name scrawled on it.

"My dear friend The Joker gave me a gift...inside is a glimpse into the mind of a mad man," Hernandez captioned the image on his Instagram account.

Directed and written by David Ayer (Fury) and features an all-star cast: Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Joel Kinnaman, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, and Karen Fukahara.

Suicide Squad is set to be released August 5, 2016.
