Harley Quinn Mego Retro Figure Revealed

Figures Toy Company (via 13thdimension) is proud to present their first ever DC Comics' Harley Quinn retro figure. It'll be available in their Kresge Series 3.

Next month is the 23-year anniversary of Harley Quinn's first appearance. She was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm and made a cameo in a 1992 episode of Batman: The Animated Series. She became a sensation overnight and was quickly added as a series regular. She was later given the backstory of being an Arkham Asylum psychiatrist, Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, M.D. She fell in love with The Joker and that love drove her to madness, so much so, that she took on the Harley Quinn persona.

Goodbye doctor's lab coat and hello red, black and white jester costume. Harley paints her face ghostly-white, wears a red/black jester hat with white balls dangling from each side, white ruffled sleeves, red and black diamond patterns on her thighs and a clown bib with white balls dangling from it as well.

The figure will be available later this year.

Directed and written by David Ayer (Fury) and features an all-star cast: Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Joel Kinnaman, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, and Karen Fukahara.

Suicide Squad is set to be released August 5, 2016.
