The CW Television Network has released "So Cool" trailer for Season 4 of Arrow. The new one-minute spot features a scene that will have Olicity shippers gasping for breath. It appears as though Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will ask Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) to marry him in the upcoming premiere.
