Rumor: Brainiac Could Be Justice League Movie Villain

Over the past several days, we've heard quite a number of Man of Steel 2 rumors from Heroic Hollywood, such as Brainiac coming to Earth and using Bizarro to seek out Kara Zor-El/Supergirl -- not her cousin Kal-El/Superman.

But Devin of BMD believes "a lot of this stuff is scrapped now." Why? Because "every whisper I hear about Justice League contains the word 'Brainiac.'"

In fact, he's downright pessimistic about when we might see another Superman solo film. He reports, "Rumors have been flying - rumors I have heard as well - that Superman's solo movies are essentially dead, that WB doesn't want to give the Big Boy Scout another movie until they have established the entire DC Movieverse."

Justice League Part One will open in theaters on November 12th, 2017, followed by Justice League Part Two on June 14th, 2019.
