While Supergirl won't hit TV screens with a full episode until Monday, October 26, 2015, fans can get a sneak peek of it much sooner. CBS will debut all-new footage during the Scorpion season 2 premiere Monday, September 21 from 9-10pm ET/PT.

The new trailer will be 75 seconds long, and feature footage from beyond the pilot for the first time. You can look for it right here on ComicBook.com as soon as it has aired, as it'll also be going up online.

This is a sizable push for Supergirl by CBS, as Scorpion was a hit for the broadcaster last year. A feature for the new series there is a vote of confidence. Scorpion features a think tank working for Homeland Security based on a real group.

Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist in the newest DC Comics adaptation, as Kara Danvers breaks out from under her famous cousin's shadow and shows how she can be super herself. Executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler, Andrew Kreisberg, and Sarah Schechter, the series follows WBTV and DC Entertainment's recent spate of hits like Arrow, The Flash, and Gotham to the air. Calista Flockhart (Cat Grant), Chyler Leigh (Alex Danvers), Mehcad Brooks (James Olsen), David Harewood (Hank Henshaw), and Jeremy Jordan (Winslow "Winn" Schott) also star.
