Sherlock's Lara Pulver Cast In Underworld 5

Lara Pulver has joined the cast of Underworld: Next Generation, according to Deadline.

There are no details regarding her role at this time. Pulver is best known for playing Irene Adler, a dominatrix that was able to match wits and dethaw the heart of Benedict Cumberbatch's Holmes, on the second season of BBC's Sherlock. Her other notable roles include playing Erin Watts on Spooks and Ann O'Neill in Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond.

Anna Foerster will direct, based on a script written by Cory Goodman. Kate Beckinsale and Theo James are reprising their roles of Selene and David, respectively. Game of Thrones, Outlander actor Tobias Menzies is playing Marius, a mysterious new Lycan leader and Merlin actor Bradley James is playing a villain.

Underworld: Next Generation begins filming in Prague next month.
