New Look At Olivia Munn As Psylocke On X-Men: Apocalypse Set

To begin the new year right, Olivia Munn (The Daily Show, Newsroom) is counting down her top five memories from the past year. One of those favorite memories was landing her mutant role in Bryan Singer's upcoming X-Men film.

"To say hello to 2016, I'm gonna say GOODBYE TO 2015 with my Top 5 Favorite Memories of 2015 (that I can think of)," Munn posted on her Instagram. "#4: Getting to play Psylocke in X-Men: Apocalypse. She's a telekinetic telepath who chooses to kill with a sword because she wants to do it up close and intimate and killing from afar just seems too easy and no fun."

As an added bonus, she shared a new behind-the-scenes snap of herself dressed in her skintight costume.

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters May 27, 2016.

Hopefully she gets a new suit. I hate that Jim Lee look more and more, and I've seen much better cosplay. Looks good as Betsy otherwise.

The outfit looks great, pity the movie doesn't, Apoc looks like Ooze still and they got Jubilee in the wrong decade, not just the comics but the Fox X universe themselves, having her with a young Jean, Scott, Angel etc is stupid and will be the main reason I wont and cant enjoy this movie, plus she was in X-Men 1 at the same age?!?

Cant wait for BVS, Civil War, Suicide Squad, new Star Wars and Deadpool (that is Fox but actually feels like a Marvel movie at last).
