X-Men: Apocalypse Is In Some Ways Biggest X-Men Movie Ever

During a video Q&A with fans, X-Men: Apocalypse executive producer Simon Kinberg called the upcoming film the biggest X-Men movie yet.

That's quite a claim coming on the heels of the time-traveling, cast-reuniting, critically-acclaimed box-office juggernaut that was X-Men: Days of Future Past. Still, the nature of Apocalypse as a threat is such that it's hard to argue with him.

"I think in some ways, it's the biggest X-Men film we've done, both in terms of the external stakes -- we've never done one of these before where there's an extinction-level event for the whole world -- and I think it's the biggest emotionally, too. Becuase the situation is so heightened, the dynamic between the main characters is as heightened and intense as it's ever been."

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god.
