Stephen Amell Wants Deathstroke To Return To Arrow

Slade Wilson/Deathstroke -- portrayed by Manu Bennett -- was a big part of the first two seasons of Arrow, but he was reduced to a sole appearance in the third season. Last time we saw him, he was imprisoned in an A.R.G.U.S. supermax prison on Lian Yu island. Could we see him again?

"Manu is a character, and Manu played a great character," Stephen Amell said during a panel at the Heroes and Villains Fan Fest in New Jersey this weekend. "And I really honest think that Arrow has been missing something since he hasn't been around. I really do. He was a transformative villain. I would really love it if Deathstroke could keep being a part of the Arrow universe."

Listen to Amell's comments in the video below.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8PM on The CW.

No, he said it would be difficult since he's on another series, but he would like to come back if the story is right. He didn't like what they did with Slade in season 3, but then again, he didn't have to agree to do the episode.

If they find a way to bring him back it has to be better than his season 3 appearance. It was so weak.
