New Archer Season 7 Teaser Released, Celebrity Guest Stars Revealed

Cyril's the boss. The former secret agents are now private detectives. And it's in L.A.

Yes, Archer is changing the entire game once again, moving the cast to Los Angeles, and having them work as a private detective agency. "Cyris is the owner of the detective agency because in California, to be a licensed private eye you need to have 2,000 hours of detective work or a criminal justice or law degree," creator Adam Reed explained to TheDailyBeast. "So they all have to work under Cyril's shingle, and Cyril gets to flex his authority a little bit - much to Archer's and everybody else's chagrin.

The new season draws from 70s and 80s detective shows and LA noir, and focuses on Hollywood; that means, of course, we'll get to see lots of guest stars.

Keegan-Michael Key, J.k. Simmons, and Patton Oswalt will all guest star on this show in multiple episodes. Christian Slater returns as CIA agent Slater (yes, it looks like the actor, too), and several comedians including Jon Daly and Dave Willis will come onto the show as guests.

Archer season 7 kicks off March 31, 2016.
