Zack Snyder Announces Batman V. Superman Red Carpet Premiere In Mexico City

Warner Bros. and director Zack Snyder have announced that Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice will make its debut next month in Mexico City.

"Hola, Mexico! The Biggest icons in the world are coming to Mexico City. The premiere of Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is happening on Saturday, March 19 at the Auditorio Nacional," Snyder announced. "The stars of the film will join me on a mega red carpet for an exciting night for all Batman and Superman fans. It's going to be absolutely fantastic to see you. And I can't wait for everyone in Mexico to find who will win in the greatest gladiator match in the history of the world."

Listen to the official announcement in the video below.

In Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Zack Snyder's Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is in theaters March 25, 2016.

Um, ok, Zack. This is dripping with sarcastic importance. Thanks for the slap in the face. It's too bad that American fans have to wait an extra week to watch the debut of an American movie, in preferential treatment to foreign nations.
