On Sunday, London's Trafalgar Square was given a World War I makeover and streets around the location were shutdown, so that the first Armistice celebration (November 11th, 1918) could be recreated for the Wonder Woman movie.

The Amazon Princess herself Gal Gadot was on hand to celebrate the end of WWI, as was The Office and Shaun of the Dead actress Lucy Davis, who is presumably playing her best friend 'Etta Candy.' You can check out set photos featuring both actresses standing in the middle of a crowd of extras, dressed in period clothing and proudly waving the flags of England, by clicking here and here

Check out the set videos below to see the scene being filmed.

The film stars Gal Gadot in the role of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman and Chris Pine as Captain Steve Trevor and Trevor's grandfather. It also stars Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya and Lucy Davis. Wonder Woman is being directed by Patt Jenkins (Monster, AMC's The Killing).

Wonder Woman will hit theaters June 23, 2017.
