Anthony Breznican of Entertainment Weekly has seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Alongside the first information about EW's issue focused on the film, Breznican has given his first impressions of the film.

Note, this is not a full review, but it is a substantial amount of subjective information about the movie.

Rather than a straight-up review right away, Breznican talked a bit about what fans can expect based on the only thing they can really compare it to, Man of Steel.

"If you loved Man of Steel, you'll love BvS," he said. He added that if you didn't like Man of Steel's ending, "BvS may redeem that." For those that didn't like Man of Steel and its darkness? "Probably not for you."

As for Wonder Woman, all he said initially is that she's "fearsome." He also noted that Batman and Superman have "a moment" that will "make even the most cynical tear-up a little."

In other tweets, Breznican said he "thought this delivered," and "surprised me, too." He enjoys the way that Batman and Superman fight, and liked the way the things people didn't like about Man of Steel became parts of the story for BvS.

So there you have it, the first real, verified journalist viewing of Batman v Superman and it's pretty much what analysts have expected - fans of Man of Steel will be happy, some of that film's problems are directly addressed, and Wonder Woman rocks.

We'll all be able to see for ourselves when Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters March 25, 2016.
