A British fan whose dying wish was to see Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, got that chance last month, according to the #Batman4Bazz Facebook page.

It had previously been reported that British Batman superfan Bazz Henderson-Gates had passed away before being granted a screening, but it appears as though his family simply weren't able to talk about the screening before now.

Tonight is the world premiere of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice at Radio City Music Hall in New York. You can check back in with us later for more coverage. You can see the full Facebook post, with an emotional thanks to the studio and producers, below.

Its been 4 weeks since you went to sleep. We miss and think about you every day...I couldn't fix you but I could help...

I'm so glad Bazz got to see it, RIP man, the bat signal is always lit up in the sky for you.

  1. Regardless of personal feelings about how the film was handled or how the character was portrayed, for one fan at least it was a truly profound experience and that says a lot. It was good of BvS, WB, Snyder, whoever/everyone to make it happen.
