Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has claimed its first record. It has officially sold more advanced tickets than any super hero movie before.

The previous record holders were The Dark Knight Rises and Avengers: Age of Ultron. According to Fandango, 90% of the ticket sales for the weekend have been for Batman v. Superman.

Analysts are predicting a $350 million worldwide box office return for Dawn of Justice's opening weekend.

In Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25, 2016.

  1. Movie will still be a FLOP! LOL!!!! IT WILL DO WORSE NUMBERS THAN MAN OF STEEL!! I DON'T CARE WHAT NUMBERS TELL ME! IT WILL FLOP!

  2. Well, its seems people don't really care about how a Superhero film seems to be.  They practically feel that hate-mongering is some great step to some ultimate level of greatness for our society and not care when it just tears us down.

I bitched about skinny ass Gal Gadot getting cast as wonder woman almost as much as I did about Ben Affleck being cast as batman but I got to say she looks damn good in that costume. I originally was expecting a pretty fantastic flop but now I think this movie might actually be pretty good.

Batfleck2016:  You're a flop !  Go away troll.... you might have some credibility if you actually watched it before commenting.  Otherwise you sound like a little middle school baby.
