Jason Momoa Shares Justice League Training Video

If all goes well at the box office, Jason Momoa will be playing Aquaman in the DC Cinematic Universe for at least the next ten years.

That means for a decade, Momoa will have to spend long hours in the gym and maintain a strict diet to keep his body in superhero-shape. A couple days ago, the Game of Thrones alum posted a video showing an example of his grueling workout regiment as he prepares his body for Zack Snyder's Justice League movie, which begins shooting next month.

Watch Momoa repeatedly pull up his large, chiseled body with his herculean arms.
