James McAvoy And John Boyega Cast In Watership Down

A numer of new cast members have been announced for the forthcoming Netflix/BBC miniseries adaptation of Watership Down, including a number of major comic book and pop culture actors.

John Boyega (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and James McAvoy (X-Men: Apolcaypse) will play major roles in the film, bolstered by a supporting cast that includes Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3), and Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: Apocalypse). The series will be directed by Noam Murro of 300: Rise of an Empire.

The four-part show, which will be finished next year, will be available on Netflix everywhere except in the U.K., where it will air on BBC One.
