Captain America Fans Get Engaged In Front Of Sebastian Stan At Convention

When it comes to love, there's maybe no better place to celebrate it than at a Comic Con.

For John Felix and his girlfriend, Natasha Marrero, they took their relationship to the next level when the couple got engaged during a photo op with Sebastian Stan at Wizard World Philadelphia.

The couple wanted to come to Wizard World as the pair met through their mutual love of cosplaying, but Natasha said she had no idea what her boyfriend was planning.

"I had no idea what was happening," she wrote on her Tumblr blog. "My fiancé planned it out over a span of 3 months and kept it super secret. It was the 1 year anniversary of our first date and he knows how much I love Sebastian and Bucky, so he thought there would be no better time to do this!"

The couple had the opportunity to take two photos with the Captain America actor while Natasha and John sported matching Winter Soldier cosplays. Their first photo seems simple enough as Natasha hugs Sebastian while her boyfriend looks dejected off to the side. However, the second photo reveals the surprise proposal as John gets down on one knee while Natasha and Sebastian look shocked.

Natasha indicated that Sebastian didn't know about the proposal beforehand. "Nope, his reaction in the pictures is absolutely genuine as are mine," she said.

Following the proposal, Natasha told her boyfriend yes, and then the couple took a moment to invite Sebastian to their wedding as a thanks for his help. Who knows? Perhaps the couple can expect another surprise at their wedding should Sebastian drop by while donning his own Winter Soldier costume.
