The new console will pack 6 teraflops of power to produce "the highest res" and "the best framerate" with "no compromises" according to Xbox team members. It is full 4K gaming for the first time. 8 GPU cores earn the console the description of being a "monster" from developers, also going on to say that they were very impressed with Project Scorpio's console specifications.

Xbox One games, controllers, and other accessories will be fully compatible with the 4K gaming console. Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Project Scorpio are all completely cross compatible. It will also be virtual reality ready for gamers ready to experience the next level of gaming.
