Director Michael Bay has an obsession with inflicting damage upon cars and trucks, something immediately evident in the latest shots from the Transformers set.

The director is knee-deep in filming for his latest film Transformers: The Last Knight, and has taken to Instagram to share a few more shots from the set. The first one features a picture of a hanging upside down truck alongside a right side up truck hovering in midair. The director can be seen in the background in front of a green screen, and the post is accompanied by the caption "Me in the white. Creating some wicked action. In 116 degrees.#transformers."

The second one is just a video of the ample amount of desert surrounding the set, with the caption "Set days: Coming in hot. #transformers."

This is the latest in a series of behind the scenes photos from the set, with the last depicting a big battle scene with plenty of explosives. The director also frequently takes to the social media network to unveil the latest glimpses of Transformers like Drift, Bumblebee, and Barricade.

While no official plot synopsis has been released, there are many that suspect Bay will finally tackle the great Transformers reaper Unicron, who will serve as the way to original form for the Decepticon leader Megatron, who has already been confirmed. Since this is rumored to be Bay's last Transformers outing, it would make sense that he would take on one of the most identifiable Transformers villains.
