Avengers' Quinjet Possibly Spotted On Thor: Ragnarok Set

It's a bird! It's a plane - Nope, is that a Quinjet? Forget the fact we're not talking about Superman, guys. It looks like some new tech has been spotted on Thor: Ragnarok which directly relates to the less-than-jolly giant, Hulk.

Fans have already been treated to several on-set photos which have given them a better glimpse at Asgard, but this latest photo teases something of the Hulk's. A Twitter user posted a picture to his account of what appears to be one of The Avengers' Quinjets.
Obviously, there's a pretty clear connection tying the aircraft's appearance into Thor: Ragnarok. Fans will remember that Hulk hijacked the quinjet at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron, apparently set on escaping Earth under Tony Stark's stealth tech. Not even Black Widow's words could persuade Bruce Banner's alter ego to return, and fans last saw Hulk flying off towards an unknown future.
However, as fans also know, Mark Ruffalo has confirmed Hulk will be returning to the MCU in Thor: Ragnarok. Clearly, if he's going to show up on Asgard, he'll need a ride to do so. And, so, it makes sense for the Quinjet to make a cameo.
While the set photo doesn't show much, fans can clearly see the rounded nose of the aircraft. But as for why and how the ship will show up - that still remains a mystery. While much of Thor: Ragnarok has been kept under-wraps, this year's Comic-Con gave fans a few huge updates on the project. The biggest tease, no doubt, was the Gladiator Hulk Armor which was showcased.
So who knows? Maybe Hulk went a fount a few gladiator battles a la Planet Hulk before road-tripping to see an old friend? For now, fans can only guess until the upcoming Marvel flick hits theaters on November 3rd 2017.
