And the Dark Knight Rises parodies just keep on coming. Earlier this month, Comicbook.com reported on a parody video that synced up the sound from the second Dark Knight Rises trailer with footage from the Lion King. At the time, the Lion King Rises only had a couple thousand views, but the video soon went viral and got picked up by almost everyone else in the press, and now sits at over 1.2 million views on YouTube.
Comicbook.com has now discovered another similar style Dark Knight Rises parody video, which is likely to become the latest viral sensation. Little Nemo Rises matches up the audio from the second Dark Knight Rises trailer with footage from Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland.
Little Nemo Rises was posted by thehost91 and is currently sitting at less than a thousand views on YouTube, but it’s only been up for a day. Could it be the next Dark Knight Rises parody video on its way to a million plus views? The Dark Knight Rises opens in theaters on July 20, 2012.
