The Walking Dead Facebook Game Sneak Peek Videos

Move over Farmville and Words With Friends, there's a new sheriff coming to town on Facebook. And we're talking about Sheriff Rick Grimes of The Walking Dead. No longer do you need to worry about raising your pigs or building words, there's a zombie apocalypse coming and it's all about survival. Based on some sneak preview videos, The Walking Dead social game won't be pulling any punches with it comes to graphic violent footage. In the first sneak peek video, we get to see Shane lay down a swift, hard hatchet blow to the back of a walkers' head.

In the sneak peek second video, we get to see Rick shoot three walkers in the head at point-black range.

And if hatchets or guns aren't your weapon of choice, then there is always the third sneak peek video, which shows Daryl taking out some walkers with his trusty crossbow.

During the Better Angels episode of The Walking Dead, the Facebook game was heavily featured in commercials. Since we originally provided some sneak peek images of the game earlier this week, the game has grown from 107K likes to over 159K likes. Pretty impressive for a Facebook game that isn't even scheduled to launch until April. The Walking Dead Social Game is a partnership of AMC and RockYou, while Eyes Wide Games is the studio developing the game.
